Going on to its 7th edition, the European Bulk Liquid Storage 2019 will once again bring senior executives from the liquid storage industry to discuss the latest developments in energy transition trends, digitalisation, the market dynamics impacting supply and demand, strategic and logistic overview of ports infrastructure and will provide an informative & balanced discussion for participants.

Over two days, the event will gather representatives from oil and chemical companies, port authorities, terminal operators, technology providers, suppliers as well as other influential stakeholders across the value chain.

The Buran Energy Group, a group of companies specialized in the commercialization, storage and distribution of hydrocarbons, has signed the purchase of Tanques de Cartagena (TANCAR) from Duro Felguera, through its subsidiary Felguera IHI. This operation involves the acquisition, by Buran Energy, of the hydrocarbon terminal of Duro Felguera in the Port of Escombreras, Cartagena, which has a storage capacity of measured distillates of 110,000 m3. TANCAR has 5 tanks of 22,000 m3 capacity and is ready to carry out unloading operations for vessels up to 230 m long and 13 m draft. The terminal can also supply more than 2 million liters of fuel per truck per day.
