For ‘live’ events the fee includes program materials, continental breakfasts, networking luncheons and refreshments.
For ‘virtual’ paid events the fee includes access and participation to the on-line meeting.
For ‘virtual’ free events the registration is not a guarantee of admittance to the event, but a request to attend. Requests will be answered within 3 working days.
Substitute attendees are welcome up to 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the conference; a full credit voucher towards a future ACI conference will be issued. Any cancellation received less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the event shall be deemed to be a breach of this contract by client, and accordingly, no credits will be given.
ACI Reserves the right to make changes in its programs and speakers, or to cancel, postpone or reschedule programs if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the program is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to a credit voucher for only the program fee.
