You do not have to give Active Communications (ACI) any personal information in order to use most of this website. However, you may choose to do so on various sections of our website, including:

• downloading conference brochures;
• mailing lists to subscribe to bulletins and/or register an interest in seminars; and
• the ‘contact us’ section.

We may collect and process your personal information, such as your:

• name;
• job title;
• address; and
• e-mail and other contact details.

How we use your personal information

ACI will use your information to improve our marketing, for administration, for recruitment and to provide legal services. When registering for an ACI event, your name and your company’s name may be shared with other attendees of the same event to aid networking.

ACI will not pass your personal information on to anyone else without your prior consent.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are accurate and up to date and to inform us of any changes that need to be made.
