UniSieve’s mission is to decarbonize heavy-emitting industries via membrane solutions. Today, 10% of the world’s energy consumption is due to separation and purification, which mostly depends on thermal processes. By avoiding heat or cold, the UniSieve solution saves up to 90% of process energy compared to alternative technology. This enables energy and chemical companies to recover valuable chemicals or energy carriers that, in the worst case, must be burnt. Also, efficient separation enables affordable CO2 capture from flue gas. The UniSieve solution can be used as an add-on unit to debottleneck or optimize existing assets or can be integrated into grassroots processes. Flexible testing units are available to demonstrate the value generation for specific assets.
