Gasification 2026

Date: 25th March 2026 - 26th March 2026 Location: Europe

Welcome to Gasification 2026: Shaping the Future of Sustainable Energy

As the global imperative for decarbonization accelerates and the demand for diversified, sustainable energy solutions grows, the pivotal role of gasification in the modern energy landscape has never been more pronounced. ACI is proud to present Gasification 2026, our highly anticipated annual event designed to convene leading experts, visionary innovators, and key stakeholders from across the entire gasification value chain. Join us for two intensive days of insightful discussions, groundbreaking presentations, and unparalleled networking opportunities, as we collectively delve into the very latest advancements, explore pressing challenges, and chart the promising future prospects of gasification technologies.

Gasification, a robust and highly versatile thermochemical process, offers an incredibly efficient pathway to convert an expansive array of feedstocks – ranging from diverse forms of biomass and municipal solid waste to various grades of coal and industrial residues – into a valuable and flexible syngas. This syngas, a cornerstone of a truly circular economy, can be utilized for highly efficient power generation, transformed into sustainable liquid fuels, converted into a wide spectrum of essential chemicals and fertilizers, or serve as a clean source for the production of high-purity hydrogen.

At Gasification 2026, our comprehensive agenda will meticulously explore pivotal topics currently shaping the industry. These include the development and implementation of novel gasifier designs for enhanced efficiency and feedstock flexibility, the seamless integration of advanced carbon capture and utilization (CCU) technologies, significant advancements in syngas cleaning and conditioning, and a detailed examination of the techno-economic viability and successful deployment strategies for commercial-scale gasification projects worldwide. We’ll also address crucial policy frameworks and the financial mechanisms driving investment.

This event is far more than just a traditional conference; it represents a dynamic platform for critical collaboration, fostering genuine innovation, and forging powerful partnerships. Whether your involvement lies in cutting-edge research, project deployment, policy-making, or strategic investment, Gasification 2026 will undoubtedly provide you with the essential knowledge, invaluable insights, and crucial connections required to successfully navigate and thrive within this rapidly evolving sector.

Join us at Gasification 2026 on the 25th & 26th March in Berlin and become an integral part of the collective journey towards a cleaner, more resilient, and truly sustainable energy future for all. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you and facilitating meaningful interactions that will drive real progress.
