After a thought-provoking and hugely successful launch last year, ACI’s next edition of the European Wind Blade Recycling Summit will be taking place on the 11th & 12th June 2025 in Berlin.
ACI was proud to launch this landmark event in the industry hub of Copenhagen to provide a much-needed drive, and brought together the key stakeholders from Wind Blade Recyclers, Blade Manufacturers, Recycled End-Product Manufacturers, Technology Providers, Senior Chemical Consultants and Research Academics.
Confirmed speakers include Vestas, Nordex, Mitsubishi, RWE & Vattenfall.
With Wind Europe’s proposed landfill ban coming up, it will be more crucial than ever to come together for ACI’s next European Wind Blade Recycling Summit and ensure a sustainable future for wind power.

METOL – Infinite applications, endless possibilities.
METOL was born out of a need to address one of the most pressing global challenges: how to create advanced composite structures that not only deliver exceptional performance but are also fully recyclable.
METOL is a revolutionary leap forward in high-performance composite materials. This thermoplastic polymer is 100% recyclable, allowing it to be reused endlessly without losing its value or mechanical integrity. Our unique formulation is engineered to be commercially viable while setting new standards for what’s possible. In a world where efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness are paramount, METOL stands as a beacon of disruptive innovation, poised to redefine the way industries manufacture, and recycle composite structures.
From wind turbine blades to high-pressure pipes and automotive components, METOL is designed to excel in the most demanding environments. Its low melt viscosity ensures superior fibre saturation, resulting in stronger, more uniform composites that can handle even the toughest applications.
With its endless recyclability and wide range of applications, METOL is poised to lead the charge towards a greener, more sustainable future. It doesn’t just perform – it outperforms, maintaining its value from one application to the next – and all the time, making the planet a cleaner place for generations to come.
The amount of waste existing on our planet is huge. We from ARJES address the challenges of growing piles of rubbish with our technical know-how. We are specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-performance two-shaft shredders that are used to treat numerous types of waste. The efficient pre-shredding of carbon or glass fibre reinforced plastics, which are frequently used in wind turbine blades, in aircraft and shipbuilding as well as in the automotive industry, is also one of the areas of application that we can process with our machines

At the event we strive not only to bring you to the same location at the same time as your customers/suppliers/peers, we strive to ensure you meet face-to-face with each and every one of your target contacts and to provide you with the time you need to have multiple unhurried conversations with them and build a lasting business relationship:
• A pre-event informal introduction the evening before the conference
• A minimum of five hours’ networking built into the two day conference agenda
• A networking grid which enables you to make your target contacts aware you are looking for them
• The option to join either social drinks or dinner during the evening of Day One
• ACI’s on-site team will assist you in locating your hard-to-find target contacts & make face-to-face introductions
Of course, if there is anybody you are unable to meet over the two days, ACI’s event team will do their best to initiate contact after the event.
If you would like to be considered as a speaker for the event with a 30-45 minute presentation, please submit an abstract for consideration to:
