Congratulations Max Homa, Wells Fargo Championship Winner!

Sunday saw Max Homa win the Wells Fargo Championship for his 1^st PGA Tour Victory! Congratulations Max on conquering the Green Mile and really turning the corner from what has been a very challenging and tumultuous last two years as a professional. Having missed 15 of 17 cuts he ended up back on the Web.com Tour. After playing his way back in the PGA Tour, he made the most of it!

Along with the players, we always love the Wells Fargo Championship, not just for beautiful Quail Hollow, but the wonderful southern hospitality that Charlotte rolls out for the event. And we’ll be getting at least another five years of it since the PGA Tour has announced that Wells Fargo has extended their title sponsorship through 2024! While the Wells Fargo is at home at Quail Hollow, it has been known to take the occasional hiatus, as in 2017 when the club was preparing to host the PGA Championship that August, and it will see another brief move in 2021 when Quail Hollow hosts the Presidents Cup for the first time.

Now that Max Homa has the Wells Fargo under his belt, his next focus will be on the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black, where he will face an incredibly competitive field in the season’s second Major! Good luck Max!!
