ISM Welcomes Mark Russell!

ISM is thrilled to announce the guest speaker at our hospitality in advance of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am will be Mark Russell! Mark was born in Concord, North Carolina and graduated in 1974 from Elon University with a degree in History. Upon graduating he moved to Orlando, Florida and worked at Walt Disney World where he was eventually named Director of Golf. He joined the PGA Tour in 1980 as a Rules Official and was Tournament Director from 1998-2008. In March 2008, Mark was named Vice President of Rules and Competition which includes overseeing all aspects of the PGA Tour Competition. Mark is one of golf’s best at making complicated rules decisions clear and understandable to the best players in the world.

Mark is the author of “Golf Rules Plain and Simple”. In May 2011, Mark narrated and appeared in the Golf Channel/NBC production of “10 Most Controversial Rulings in Golf”. Mark also narrated and appeared in a series of PGA Tour Partners Rules Videos.
