Pinehurst #2 is no stranger to delivering incredible championship golf, as the U.S. Open history here includes Payne Stewart’s remarkable win in 1999, Michael Campbell’s thrilling 2005 upset victory and Martin Kaymer’s dominating performance in 2014.
