2011 US Open Golf Championship

In 2011, the best amateur and professional golfers in the world will once again arrive close to our nation’s capital as the 111th U.S. Open Golf Championship is hosted at historic Congressional Country Club.  The “Blue Course,” generally considered one of the most testing 18 holes in all of golf, will host the National Championship for the 3rd time and the first since 1997, when Ernie Els held off Colin Montgomerie to win his 2nd major championship!
