2020 has been a trying year for everyone. However, we are grateful that our upcoming event horizon is ripe with opportunity for growth! Therefore, we are thrilled to expand our sales efforts. With that part out of the way, ISM is on a mission to expand our footprint as the global leader in sports marketing and management in the event hospitality space. Our successful sales execs come from many different walks of life. Your background helps define where you are, but what’s even more important is where you want to go and having the initiative to get there!

Founded in 1997, ISM has become the industry leader in global event sports marketing and management specializing in customized premium sports hospitality packages. You will be calling corporate executives around the U.S. and presenting opportunities for them to host at major golf events (U.S. Open, Ryder Cup Matches, The Masters, etc.) and other “big ticket” events such as the College Football Playoff Championship, NCAA Basketball Tournament, Kentucky Derby, and others.

You will:

  • Drive sales activities including proactive targeted outreach to prospects as well as develop qualified leads, set meetings, update and maintain your sales database, and do research on targeted prospect companies
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and articulate our value proposition clearly
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop strategies for targeting companies and execute on tactical elements to support those activities. You will learn from some of the most experienced and talented in the industry

  • Base salary + commission + bonus, uncapped
  • Bonuses, both cash & prize (monthly, quarterly & annually)

  • College degree or related experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High motivation to succeed and growth minded
  • Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories won’t hinder you to succeed
