The return of TIGER in 2018.  Villanova completing one of the more dominant tournament runs in history.  “Captain America” Patrick Reed exchanging his cape for a green jacket.  These are just a handful of events that are producing not only a fast start to 2018, but also spectacular moments and special memories for years to come!  International Sports Management will be hosting hundreds of companies at these and many other championship events throughout 2018 (and beyond), and we’re building on that success with the expansion of our national sales office located right here in Milwaukee!

We are seeking three (3) aggressive, educated, money-motivated individuals capable of closing deals for this inside sales National Account Executive position, with a start date in late-May!  Your initial focus will be on new business acquisition as you sell our national event hospitality programs to corporate executives while working in stride with our Sales Manager for continued training and mentoring.  You will gain experience data mining w/ Salesforce CRM, navigating gatekeepers, sourcing the correct contact info, pitching the prospect, and setting up the close.  A combination of account management and acquisition will follow initial success within the first 6 months.

Please note: this is not a telemarketing or call center job so please do not apply if that is what you are seeking.  This is a B2B, inside sales position where you will be interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies.  Immediate growth potential exists for successful National Account Executives, including being invited to participate in our management trainee program by summer 2018.

What We Provide:

  • Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring
  • Base salary + commission, uncapped

  • First year earnings avg. range of $40K-$60K+ (base + commission), Year two $80K+

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred but not required)
