International Sports Management is the global leader in the provisioning of corporate sports hospitality and ticketing packages, and our 25th year in business (2022) proved to be the best one yet. Multiple records were broken last year, including overall company revenue, staff promotion and growth, as well as the expansion of our National Sales Division right here in Milwaukee!
ISM also hosted thousands of companies at almost 40 different championships last year, as corporate sports involvement is shattering records right now as well. And with our slate of events currently being sold for 2024 & 2025 (and beyond) showing larger commitments than ever before, we are looking to add (2) individuals to our existing sales team with a start date of mid-April.
We are looking for assertive, educated, money-motivated individuals to be a part of our growth and high-performing team, initially as a National Account Executive. This Business-to-Business, inside sales position will be responsible for new business generation, calling on companies around the U.S. and selling packages to major sporting events. The initial focus will be on some of our more popular annual events such as the U.S. Open Golf Championship & NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament; however, crossover into other markets and championships (such as the College Football Championship, Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, and many more) will also be expected.

You will be calling on companies in major cities around the U.S. and interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies. The position will expand into a combination of both account management in addition to new business generation, along with growth potential for promotion into sales management within the first 8-10 months.
