Updated Ryder Cup, Presidents Cup and Wells Fargo Championship Dates

To ensure spectators and athletes’ health and safety, the PGA of America, Ryder Cup Europe, and the PGA TOUR announced today that both the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup have been rescheduled to be played a year later than originally scheduled. The decision to move the 2020 Ryder Cup subsequently moves all proceeding events to odd years; 2023, 2025, 2027, etc.

Revised Dates

• September 21-26, 2021: 43^rd Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits in Kohler, WI
• September 19-25, 2022: Presidents Cup at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC

In addition to the Presidents Cup date change, the Wells Fargo Championship will be played at its traditional venue at Quail Hollow Club in 2021 and TPC Potomac in 2022 during the Presidents Cup year. The Wells Fargo Championship will return to Quail Hollow Club in 2023.
