Justin Thomas Wins PGA Championship for First Major

The 99th installment of the PGA Championship as hosted by ISM is complete and what a finish! Literally down to the wire on Sunday with 5 tied for the lead at one point! A huge congratulations to Justin Thomas on his first Major win. With two big breaks to start the back nine, a chip-in for birdie to seize control and a timely 7-iron that soared over the water to a peninsula green, Thomas closed with a 3-under 68 for a two-shot victory.  At 24, he followed in the footsteps of then-23-year-old Jordan Spieth’s British Open triumph and the U.S. Open victory by 27-year-old Brooks Koepka, suggesting a bright future for American golf.
