James Hahn wins the 2016 Wells Fargo Championship

Once again we turn the calendar to May, which comes with it longtime friends as well as a handful of new faces at the annual Wells Fargo Championship in Charlotte.  The Quail Hollow golf course looked better than ever, and some of the biggest names in golf were on hand for the week.  The 2016 edition of this fan-favorite is now in the books, and great golf was once again delivered, great weather was once again prevalent throughout the weekend, and ISM Clients once again were provided a remarkable hospitality experience for their most valued customers and clients.

James Hahn defeated Roberto Castro with a tidy par on the first playoff hole to win his 2nd tour event in the last 2 years.  Rickie Fowler was the 54-hole leader but faltered down the stretch, and Phil Mickelson and Rory McIlroy made big pushes on Sunday (both shot a final round 66 to move up the leaderboard), but it was Hahn who won the tournament after missing 8 cuts in a row before arriving at Quail Hollow.

The Wells Fargo Championship moves to Atlantic coast of the state in 2017, as Eagle Point G.C. will host Wilmington’s first Tour event in over 50 years next year.  Limited ISM inventory still remains for this special event, make sure you contact an ISM Representative TODAY and reserve your spot in Wilmington!
