• Exclusive use of your Company Lanyards to be distributed to all conference attendees on the morning of Day 1.   

Documentation Pack Folder Cover

• Exclusive exposure of your Company Logo along with ACI’s Logo on the front of the Documentation Pack Folder Cover.  The Documentation Pack Folder Cover carries the documentation booklet which includes programme schedule, speaker biographies, list of participants, sponsor profiles, media partner profiles and USB with speaker presentations amongst other items. Your brand will be visible and get maximum exposure as this will be distributed to all participants and visitors during the event as well as sent to clients who are unable to make the meeting but have reserved the documentation.

Company brochure drop

• ACI to distribute your Company Brochure to every seat within the seminar area on the morning of Day 1.

Raffle

• Opportunity to run a raffle (ACI staff will collect business cards at registration) – please note client must provide a suitable prize.

Event Badges

• Company/client logo to be displayed on event name badges.

Pull-up Display

• 1 ‘pull up’ banner displaying your Company Logo (approx. 2m x 0.8m)to be placed in a 1m by 0.5m floor space within the conference or registration area.
