Due to the success of its 1st edition, ACI its delighted to announce Power Transmission Tech 2015, which will be taking place in Vienna, Austria on 25th –26th March 2015. The two day conference will once again bring together senior executives and experts from the utilities industry, TSO’s, DSO’s, technology providers, energy researchers as well as other influential stakeholders to the power transmission industry to examine current and upcoming technologies.

Austrian Power Grid Transmission Control Center. Vienna, Austria. Tuesday 24th March 2015

During the afternoon of 24th of March 2015, up to 40 conference attendees will receive a unique opportunity to visit APG Transmission Control Centre, which forms the nerve centre of the Austrian transmission grid. The facility is characterised by its striking architecture but also by the modern and state-of-the-art technology that is employed. All grid information pertaining to the Austrian transmission grid is collected and processed in the new control centre.

There is no extra charge to attend the site visit, but spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. Please register your attendance for the site visit when booking for the conference. Transport will be provided to and from conference venue.
