Mobile Pipeline is a key enabler for the adoption of biomethane as a vehicle and industrial fuel.  Agriculturally derived biomethane, can have a negative carbon footprint, making it one of the most effective solutions to fighting climate change. While it is available globally, production sites are often found in rural communities lacking access to pipeline infrastructure.

With more than 1800 transport modules deployed in 20 countries around the world, our Mobile Pipeline products offer state of the art performance capable of transporting twice the gas of traditional steel products.

We are proud to support our customers seeking to lead the decarbonization effort through use of carbon negative energy solutions and help drive energy transformation for Clean Air Everywhere!

Methane gas is a super-pollutant that’s warming the climate 80 times faster than carbon dioxide. At CycleØ, we build, own and operate plants that turn these harmful emissions into sustainable, renewable biomethane that’s helping the world reach net-zero – today. We’re an end-to-end biomethane provider delivering innovative solutions that are slowing the pace of global warming – today.

Specialized in the engine based CHP business APROVIS provides expert knowledge in solutions for whole exhaust gas duct as well as gas treatment solutions from planning until start-up of your plant. Latest technical expertise and references at well-known customers ensure maximum reliability and benefit for your plant.

Solutions for biogas start with single gas heat exchanger and can end up in a plug-and-play FriCon gas cooling unit. By cooling down the biogas below the dew point of the gas, water fraction is separated from the gas.

The removal of harmful substances like sulphur and siloxanes is also a task which is handled by APROVIS products. The activated carbon filter ActiCo is designed to remove above mentioned harmful components reliable.

Looking at the exhaust gas duct of a biogas CHP APROVIS provides exhaust gas heat exchangers and/or exhaust gas steam boiler to recover the valuable exhaust energy. Furthermore exhaust silencers and if required catalytic converters ensure compliance with permission of plant.

Our engineers will also take care of our scope of supply after the commissioning of the plant. APROVIS maintenance packages, which comprise inspection, preventive maintenance and recommendations for operation, are tailored to suit your individual needs.

ACI has put together a range of packages to suit your requirements. These range from branding options, to full scale partner solutions and can be tailored to meet your objectives and budgets.

Exclusive Limited Availability Site Visit – Lleida Biomethane Plant

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 26th November 2024, a day before the 9th edition of the Future of Biogas Europe Summit in Barcelona, Spain on November 27th & 28th, we are offering an exclusive and unique opportunity to visit the Lleida Biomethane Plant. This highly sought-after event has limited availability, so make sure to register your attendance when booking for the conference. Only 40 participants will be able to attend this tour.

Located in Vallfogona de Balaguer, Lleida, CycleØ’s innovative €2.5 million facility is the first biomethane plant in Spain with integrated ammonia stripping. This technology will produce ammonium nitrate and sulphate from the liquid fraction of the biomethane waste byproduct, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the need for costly mineral fertilisers. Using equipment designed and built by CycleØ subsidiary FNX, the plant has a capacity of 250 NM3 of biogas per hour at 99% purity, with a maximum production capacity of 15,000 MWh per year. That’s enough to reduce the equivalent of 9,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.

** There is no extra charge to attend the site visit, but spaces are strictly limited and allocated to conference delegates on a first-come, first-served basis.

For media partnerships, please contact: Mohammad Ahsan on +44 (0) 203 141 0606 / [email protected]
