HENGL wines have a thousand year tradition. Actually even older, since Charles the Great, in the 8th century (795), set forth the terms and conditions for production and serving of the young wine in his famous “capitulare de vino”. The remnant of this law can be seen outside each heuriger – the scrub hanging from a pole in front of each house.

From this “hanging-outside-the house” (Busch-Hengler) the occupation of a Hengler was formed and later the family name.

GQOIL  Innovation company starting in 2012 materialized an idea how to blend more effectively than now. Its project named CCBL – Cavitation Cold Blending of Lubricants includes all what is important for modern technology – giving not only CAPEX/OPEX economies but influencing positively on natural environment also.

This influence is possible thanks to low electricity consumption (2,4 kWh/MT average) and through  significant reduction of process heating (up to 95%, depends on geographical region). Such high level of the heating reduction can be reached in the CCBL blender by using of the cavitation as main factor, inducing the heating and mixing processes internally of the premix.

The launching process of CCBL technology is very flexible and intangible for your pending manufacturing process. CCBL is able to work either as simple blender with manual dosing or be connected with automation dosing system, what cancel necessary to do any additional mixing because CCBL provides fully finished product.

The CCBL ability to work in real industrial conditions was tested at PRISTA OIL site in July 2015. Each production test has been closed by accredited laboratory measurements.  All tests configurations and lab results are described and collected in protocol, available on our website www.gqoil.com
