The Felix Project: Chris & John

On Monday 29th January 2023, Chris Taylor & Jean-Pierre Carr took part in ACI’s first volunteer shift with The Felix Project. John & Chris met up near Oxford Circus around 9am to pick up their bags & vests from a storage locker before going to a Getir food store to pick up some groceries they had set aside for charity.

They then packed up and transported them on foot to nearby St Mungo’s where they unpacked the food and drink onto the tables for the people there who were very welcoming & grateful.

We will definitely be promoting this great initiative to the rest of our London employees and hope more will get involved soon. Chris & John would definitely recommend The Felix Project to others based in London looking for simple & effective volunteering options.
