Fancy-dress day, raising money for Medecins sans Frontieres

After a few individual efforts over the years we decided (well actually it was one of the production team that suggested this particular idea) it was time to start something that saw the whole company come together in an effort to raise money for ACI’s chosen charity Medecins Sans Frontieres.  We were not looking for the ‘grand gesture’, but just small collective efforts that, over the years hopefully, would build into something substantial. An office ‘fancy dress’ day was settled on to kick this off, with all those dressing up donating a small sum to the charity and those opting not to, a little more.  Some of our people went a further and set up pop up shops, in the theme of their fancy dress, to raise extra funds. Se we are really pleased that we were able to raise just over £500.00 (or, if you prefer, €580 / $640 / 2,486PLN / 45,894INR) from a silly bit of fun. We hope and aim to make this a regular thing (not always fancy dress though!) and go on to bigger and better things in the future.  Thanks to all who helped raise the money!
