California State Lands Commission Joining as a Speaker at 20th Ballast Water Management Conference

ACI is very happy to announce that Ms Nicole Dobroski, Assistant Chief of the Marine Environmental Protection Division of California State Lands Commission is joining as a speaker during our 20th Ballast Water Management Conference, taking place on 18th & 19th of April 2018 in Vallejo, California.
